EQUIPMENT
D-Tones works exclusively with high-quality, professional equipment. For music and audio productions, D-Tones almost always uses analog gear. Analog recordings and playback sound warmer and create a wider, more spacious sound image. In contrast, digital technology tends to sound colder, harsher, and less natural than analog. However, some clients prefer a deliberately colder, harsher, and less natural sound for certain types of productions — especially in electronic music. At D-Tones, we offer both options.
